Hands down the best milk cakes in Sheffield! If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re seriously missing out. They’ve also got a great range of other desserts, so if you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is definitely the place to be. The lads working there make you feel really welcome too top-notch service all around. 10/10 for hospitality!

Absolutely loved visiting this cake shop. The staff are so smiley and welcoming, and you never feel rushed while choosing. They genuinely make you feel comfortable and are more than happy to offer recommendations if you’re stuck deciding. Every cake we tried tasted incredibly fresh, and they’re so generous with the toppings - you definitely feel like you’re getting a proper treat. The viral Mini Egg Crunch cake is unreal… easily one of the best cakes I’ve had. And the doughnuts were so soft and fluffy, just perfect. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back.

Love this place! It never lets me down. I have a massive sweet tooth so order from chai&co often and it’s always enjoyable. They always listen to any special requests/notes I leave which not many places do! Lovely desserts overall

It was my first time trying Chai & Co and I must say, it was one I will never forget. Firstly, the chai was remarkable. Secondly, the atmosphere was crisp and clean. Even the customer service made you feel special. Every member smiled and were both friendly and professional. We were even offered a free sample of gulab jamun each, which I haven't seen or had in years and gave me a wonderful sense of nostalgia. Last but not least. They BAKED my donut FRESH to order! Now THAT is a first, for me. ☺️ Hats off to this business. Job well done. 👏🏽 Thank you kindly for this experience.
