Harris served us was absolutely immaculate exceptional customisation of my ice cream and cakes. I travelled a far distance to get the items and was skeptical but having tasted the food and the excellent service of Harris and his staff I’m going to go back again for more deserts and shakes cakes. If you like posh cakes shakes cakes this is your place , the Dubai choc mix was a great ice cream and shake.

I discovered Chai & Co this weekend. I had the Cornflake Tart with Custard on Friday, and my kids had the Milkshakes. My partner had The Peanut Butter Stack. I tried them all and they were amazing! So good in fact that we ordered again the next day. I had the Matilda Cake and my partner had the Biscoff Cheesecake. Again, absolutely blown away by how good they were. Probably the best desserts I've had, not just sheffield but anywhere. If youre looking for good desserts, Chai & Co are where they're at. You won't be disappointed 🤤

Ordered a box of donuts with some pink tea. Hands down the best donuts in Sheffield. A great variety of flavours. The tea was very refreshing and one of the best pink tea’s I’ve had in the Sheffield area. The chai garden is definitely a great touch and gives off a great vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely the worst dessert and chai I have ever had.Went last night with my son. Ordered a pistachio milk cake, Kasmiri Chai and Karak Chai. Also a Chocolate brownie slice with Custard.When the order came out I was given the milk cake in a circular container. The container was barely able to contain the square pistachio milk cake. The square slice was literally stuffed into the circular container so that the 4 corners were deformed due to the container not being big enough. I immediately raised this with the vendor. He stated this was the way they did it and enabled there to be more of the milk product contained within!! My attention was then to see how the brownie was. It did indeed come with custard HOWEVER, the custard was not at all thick or having the consistency of a good quality custard. It was very much like liquid. I showed this to the vendor, gently moving the container with brownie and custard in a circular motion. This clearly showed him the brownie and custard which was swishing around with the consistency of a liquid over the brownie. His reply was that the custard was hot and when it cooled would thicken to the correct consistency! I really should have asked for a complete refund. Unfortunately I gave him the benefit of doubt and took the order back to the car for me and my two kids to eat.It was horrible, disgusting. Worst milk cake and brownie with custard we have ever tasted. The pink kasmiri chai was tasteless and contained too much sugar.The kayak chai again was the worst I have ever had.Sorry but I should have read the other one star reviews 1st. It's so sad that alot of investment has gone into making thw place look good from the outside however the actual product is horrid. What a waste of money and time.Good luck to all those that go and try this horrid place. Your wasting your money and time. To the guys running this business, pack up and leave your wasting your time.I still feel sick thinking about the few spoons that we had before throwing it all in the bin.

I have been searching for a good kunafa cup and this tasted amazing. Generously filled cup, sweet strawberries and delicious crunch kunafa. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be purchasing again.

Their kunafa chocolate bars were gorgeous and the staff were so lovely and polite ,they make the chocolate bars fresh everyday ,would definetely recommend their dubai chocolate bars 🙏

Ordered the ‘viral’ chocolate bars and sadly they really missed the mark. The dubai one, the chocolate was so thick on the bottom you cant really eat it. And the chocolate tastes like what you get on a choc ice. The kinder one had a really weird salty taste (nothing like kinder) .Both bars had some weird oil on them which is not needed and not a nice eating experince.Overall, they were both filled thick! but much smaller than are shown online and pricey for what you get.
